After a very long and successful career in one of the biggest utilities in the world, Linda decided to venture into business. She has about 20 years combined experience in Strategic Communications, Community Development, Stakeholder Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Change Management, Master of Ceremonies, Facilitation and Senior Leadership. She was a Board member for a development foundation. She acted as a catalyst in the alignment of internal and external messaging for various stakeholders particularly in Government and Parliament.

She has managed to equip herself with the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise that are required in the environment she operates in. An assertive individual with strong emotional intelligence, a networker who can work across all levels in an organisation up to Board and Ministerial level as well as outside the organization with various stakeholders.

Linda holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication and Psychology (University of Zululand), a Management Development Programme and an Executive Leadership Programme both from (GSB, University of Cape Town) and has attained the Management of Change Programme with Louw du Toit and Associates. She is currently studying towards a Masters of Business Administration with Henley Business School. A seasoned Member of the Public Relations Institute of South Africa (PRISA), approved in Public Relations (APR) and a Member of IABC (International Association of Business Communicators). She is also a member of the IoD (Institute of Directors). She also has a Certificate in Professional Coaching from the Henley Business School (London).

Linda has managed to succeed and has a number of career achievements in a traditionally male dominated environment. She has mentored many and also assisted in unleashing their creative potential. Linda is an epitome of success and diligence and a unique asset to Corporate SA. Her hobbies and interests include reading, travelling, cooking and swimming.
